Power

My World

Met my lovely grandboys last weekend.

Here we passed the Nuclear Power station Barsebäck. It was a heavy fog …

Typical for this area are trees like these. It is not hard to understand this is a windy place.
I love a lonely row of trees in the ladscape.

It is close to the sea and Barsebäck is placed on the beach. Barsebäck is shut just now and I think it is good because I cannot understand how they (we) could place a nuclear power station so close to Köpenhamn, Denmark’s capital

It does look foggy and cold, but your grandsons are adorable and I know you must have had a great time! Thanks for sharing the fun, Birgitta! Have a wonderful week!

An almost scary atmosphere for a nuuclear power station. Good capture. Boom & gary og the Vermilon River, Canada.

Preciosa foto de los niños y sobre todo me encanta esa foto con esos extraños árboles. Saludos.

After Japan’s disaster, all nuclear plants make me squirmy. I never really thought about it all before, but I certainly do now. You grandsons are just precious, and the bent over trees are fascinating. They tell me the wind there is a force to be dealt with. Nice shots this week.

Those pollarded trees look so good against that mysterious backdrop.
