I have used lense distortion and blur – working in two layers. Photo taken in monochrome and I kept the tone but sharpened it up a bit.
I definately don’t like tags and scribble like this! I think it is a shame!
It has to be separated from graffiti and get it’s own term. I have used “scribble” and “shame” about it. Graffiti can be art but scribble and tags like this is NOT art!

I think SCRIBBLE is the best word! Scribble isn’t smart nor cool – it’s just shame!
It is so sad to find this kind of scribble on walls and houses all over, isn’t it!?
It is Birgitta, but I also think it made for a very interesting and beautiful image. I love the processing you did here. Just perfect for it.
