I have got a cold so I try to rest, breath with my nose and I am staring up – I am not with my body just now – don’t like not being able to controle my body!
I hope you will be over your cold soon!
It is a nice light that you get to look up at, though.Hope you get lots of zzzz and feel in your body again soon.
