This house is called “The King’s House” and you find the Philosophic Institution here. It was built 1578-1584 and is also called “Lundagårdshuset”. Lund’s university is behind and the Lund’s Cathedral in front of it. The park is named Lundagård.
What a spectacularly handsome building, Birgitta. I'm guessing this would be a lovely parkland-like area to walk around in too.
Majestätiskt.
If I ever come to Sweden the Church and University of Lund are definitely places I will visit.Beautiful sepia too.
