Today Milton and I took only short walkabouts. It’s very hot here and every day before we walked very long.
We went to Liberty square and watched the children having fun.
This little guy seemd to love it.
Here you also find the American Embassey. They are building a strong fence in the front now.
In the same block is Hungarian National Bank.
We went back home but first I wanted to go somewhere ….
This is the oldest place where they make rétes – like a strudel but much better. My sister is coming so I want to make it cosy with olive bread, goatcheese and lovely Hungarian wine finished with Swedish coffee and rétes. We will sit in the balcony chatting in candlelight enjoying the warm evening.
Hope you are doing well everybody – best wishes and take care out there!

I love the children playing the fountains, it is a fun way to cool off. The retes look delicious. Wonderful photos from your world.

Love the host of perpendicular fountains inviting a walk through on a hot day! A creative and practical idea!

Looks like a lovely day in Budapest. Enjoy your candle-lit evening.
Åh vilka härliga bilder. Till och med jag blev lite sugen på att ta en dusch här. Hungrig var jag innan jag såg bilden och inte blev det bättre när jag såg din frestande skapelse.Ha de gott!
Makes me want to be a kid again and play in the water. Thanks for sharing.
